To those in Strathroy who are interested in Muay Thai can come to Watford ( only 10 minutes away ) every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to train in Thai Boxing, submission and other arts such as Kali and J.K.D. I have a team of 10 fighters that fight in Canada and the U.S and am always looking for new fighters and people just to have fun and fitness benefits.

Re: Mark’s comments I’m sure boxing has some identifiable roots dating back to the Greeks. Modern day boxing however was invented by The English. Gloves, ring, rules. The Greeks version of boxing was more of a gladiator fight. As for kickboxers losing to boxers, I would not doubt such an event. Muay Thai Fighters is a whole different story. I feel boxing is on it’s way out in the next couple of decades.
