No! The site was founded in 1999. Some of these articles are a bit dated, but none the less, they serve the purpose for that time period. MMA has evolved, and will continue to evolve. Who know what is in store for MMA. This is Muay Thai Site. We will continue to write such articles, whether or not you find it disrespectful is up to you. There are plenty of MMA forums that will follow your judgement call, and write what you want to read in regards to your opinion.
I think comparing, the well documented history of, martial arts verus another is by far an excellent idea. It's my opinion!

i like the fact that you respect thai boxing, but i feel alot of your facts are incorrect. to compare each martial art to muay thai is wrong. i mean each one of the martial arts you compare them to, i have also seen the outcome reversed. or why not compare bjj or freestyle wrestling to muay thai. you should learn to have a respect for all martial arts and not bash one to make the other sound better.

We already rent time at the aikido club during the week to screw around with privately.
To run a club, you need contact sport insurance. Last I checked it was $5000/yr. I don't anyone with that kind of cash flow to blow. So just make the drive to Watford for Purebred. Todd Cable is a awesome teacher. I would give you his website url, but he hasn't sent me anything for his website for an eternity now.
