Hi, My Leming/Liming/Lyming line is John(1), William(2), Daniel(3), William(4), Samuel(5),William(6), James(7), Jarrett(8), Harry(9), Harry,jr.(10). Somewhere about Samuel there were some land grants for military service awarded. This land was in Lawerence co.,KY. I am interested in connecting with anyone and exchanging info on the Lawerence co. branch. James(7) was my great grandfather. This is a fantastic web page. Looking forward to visiting often.

Hello, Joseph Leming was my 5 times great grandfather, his daughter,Ruth married William Bennington, their daugther, Ruth married Joseph Berry, their daughter,Etta married Sherman Brown, their daughter, Ruth married Harry Gibson, their daugther Glennietta married Martin Mandl, and then there was ME! I am so excited to learn of this family line. Just wanted to stop by and say Hello.

I am really looking forward to getting more info on the Tenn., Georgia branch of the Leming Family. Looking for anybody with info on Levi Leming from E. Tenn. migrated to Rome, Ga. in the 1830's. Died in Rome, Ga. 1886

I am a decentant of LEVI LEMING, b TN 1805 Married Nancy Hicks in McMinn Co TN 1827. Levi is as far back as I can go.On his marriage bond he lists himself as LEMMONS. All furthers documents he is LEMING
