Hi Judy -
Just wanted you to know there will be a fellow Clarendon & Central High alum in the mezzanine for your 7/31 matinee of Tales of the City. You were a standout way back in the days of the Clarendon Triple Trio. I can't wait to see the show! Susan

Judy, as you well know, I was one of your first fans, and I have enjoyed the pleasure of your friendship all these many years. You've enriched countless lives with the many delicious characters you've created, your exquisite voice and, of course, those dancing feet. You are most deserving of the many honors you've received but, in the end, those that know you will give their highest honors to Judy Kaye as herself. Your talent and many successes have not changed that wonderful, warm, and vibrant young woman I met so many years ago and whose friendship I treasure to this day. So, hats off to you, my dear Judy; you're truly a star in the very best sense of the word. With love, Susan

Hi, Judy-- Just saw your fabulous performance in Tales of the City. We have been season subscribers to ACT for many years, and our son Kevin did a summer workshop there with Craig Slaight once upon a time. His wife, Meghann Dreyfuss, was in Mamma Mia with you. They're expecting their first baby in October and just wanted me to say hi and wish you all the best as well as all our congratulations for this wonderful role--you are the superstar!!!!
Our son,Kevin, and Kathleen Monteleone have been involved in a project jointly which almost made it to Broadway 2 years ago [Angels:the Musical]. We hope to see you in many more productions; as a singing actress mom, you are an incredible role model to gals like Meg. I'm a retired MD, so I well know how few role models there are for sucessful working moms---you go gal!!!!!
Warmly,
M.J.and Fritz Collins

Hi Judy,
We were classmates at Central High in Phoenix (class of '66) and I'm reading the SF Chronicle and seeing that you're starring in Tales of the City. Looks like you've had a stellar career and congratulations. Will try to get to ACT to see your show. I'm living 2 hours north of San Francisco, retired into my second career of wine tasting room barmaid, so different from the field of education. Best of luck with your show. I'm still very much in touch with a few of our classmates (Lynn Klein, Noel Cox, Darrell Coleman, Ginnie Hazlehurst). Take care, Nina

Judy I just saw you will be starring in the New Musical, TALES OF THE CITY, to play the Geary Theatre in San Francisco.
As one who LOVED the book, I can't wait to see you play Mrs. Madrigal. You are perfect for the part and I am sure will be on your way to another TONY when it gets to New York!

Could only find two CDs, diva by diva and your movies
albums. Wish there were more...
