Judy Kaye's performance in Sweeney Todd is OUTSTANDING! The moment she sings, "The Worst Pies in London," the audience knows it is in for a delicious treat. Her voice, stage presence, and comedic timing shine like the chaste silver of Sweeney Todd’s razor blades. I attended the performance in Toronto last night and it is one that I will remember with great affection for the rest of my life. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience in live theater, Ms. Kaye. Bravissimo!!!

ok, so I didnt realize that Sweeney closes today in Boston! I am SOOO SAD! I had sooo much to ask you, but I was so Star struck that I could hardly speak and I cried a little after I met you because I look up to you sooooo much! I can at least say that I have met you! It was truly a dream come true to meet you! THANKS SO MUCH FOR BEING A GREAT ROLE MODEL FOR EVERY YOUNG ASPIRIING ACTRESS!!!!

Dear Miss Kaye, Yikes im embarassed to say what a fan i am of you. I saw Sweeney Todd last night in Boston and was just blown away by your performance as I imagined I would be. I am good friends with a few people in your show... Andy Einhorn (im a musical director too) and David Hess and I have worked together at Goodspeed. I also have worked with Ben and Jessica Wright. Anyway, On the Twentieth Century was the first show i saw on Broadway and I have just adored you ever since. I was sitting with Peter Howard one evening at Goodspeed and your name came up. I told him innocently, if i had a nickel for everytime i listened to Where O Where I'd be a rich man. Was my face red when he told me he played piano for the recording. I LOVE THAT RECORDING so much. The Gershwin recording is great and Dream With Me on the Bernstein recording is one of my favorite things on earth. I know you must be thinking im some deranged musical nut, but I am just so in awe of your gift and your generosity on stage. Souvenir was just amazing and after the final Ave Maria I just sat in the theatre in tears. I've worked with Ted Pappas and Avery Saltzman and I love hearing about Pajama Game and Kismet and how great it was to work with you. So I wish you the best with the rest of the run of Sweeney Todd. I just saw you in Sweeney Todd at the Colonial Theater in Boston. Your vocals were unmatched by any version I have ever seen before! I was mesmerized by the entire show! Absolutely wonderful. You simply own that role! BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!
