My wife and I saw your performance last night (Tues., Dec.28). Loved it. It was a very special treat for be because I've heard about Madam Jenkins all my life. Sometime around 1940, My father played viola in a string quartet that accompanied her at one of her concerts. (I wish I knew exactly when and where this took place.) He came in as a last minute sub for a friend who never told him what to expect. Fifty years later he was still laughing about that concert. You had me in tears of laughter last night.
