I think this is a lovely site and will try to visit often and to contribute. Iam a bit new to all this computer lark and i am rather afraid of writing something long and then losing it,which I think I may have done on the message board. I want to correspond with like-minded hedgewithes (though I still consider my self an apprentice). This web-site sounds great but appears to be ponderous and not much frequented. Suggestions : get moving; get rapid; get members; don't sit here for a month plus doing NOTHING even if you get no other input. DO yourself. Make your site look frequented and active others will then join. I'm in if given slight encouragement.

Hello - just found your site, and it's really promising and the kind of site I've been looking for, for ages! I find too many other pagan/witch sites are based mainly on religion and not the day to day practicalities like you are focusing on. Pagnism/Witchcraft has become such a bandwagon over the last years, that I think people are more worried about what occult jewellery they are wearing (though I do have plenty myself!) than focusing on what witchcraft was and is (at least to me) meant to be about; as you put it, and it's how I feel too: the witch was the wise woman/man - all-round healer and fixer. That's certainly my role in my family! I will go through my books for remedies,herbals and wrinkles (!) and get back to you when I can. I have no contact with other traditional witches, so it would be great to get an "hello" email from you when you get the time. I'm 33, have 2 sons: Merlin (nearly 6)and Medwyn (nearly 3) and my partner is Madison, 37. We're originally from Kent, but have lived in the Highlands since 1996). Bye for now - best wishes, Beverley.
