Dexter and moved to Ill., his son Oscar moved to Galveston and had a son Oscar who was my father. O., jr passed away in 1988. If you are interested in any of my genealogy, please email me. June

I like your web site. It has more info than any I've found so far. I'm a decendent of Daniel Ladd. I am a greatgrand daughter of Jacob Ladd son Ansel Ladd, and still looking for more info on Jacob and his family.

Greetings, I am the granddaughter of Walter Frank Ladd (married Martha Charlotte Brittain) Walter aka Walt was the son of John J Ladd of Winterset,Madison County Iowa. Brothers names are/were Boyd, Melvin,Marvin and a couple others....family never spoke much about anyone.... Walter died November 8 1981 Charlotte died August 4 1994 both are buried in North McDonal cemetary in Winterset Iowa John Ladd is buried in the "town" cemetary There is a David Ladd somewhere in Nebraska?? that I believe is a brother or nephew of Walter. No one in the family wants to speak of the past....I have the Brittain family history but would like some info on the Ladd family. thanks a heap for a great site...I have pics if that would help anyone???
