I have been victumized cps. I lost 7 children never commited a crime of abuse,drugs nor alcahol. i am a single black mom who had a lot of children and I do understand that the state gets funding for adopting out children.I was charged with leaving a nine year old home alone,child abuse acquitted of the charge by a jury. obstructing, resisting arrest,false reporting, three violation of a court order. all charges were dissmissed. my parental rights were still removed.and the other charges were dissmissed well before the termination hearing.The caseworker and I did not get along so she did whaever she could to take my rights. muy family members were aproved for kinship care.they did not get my children. My kids were sexually and physically abuse while in the departments custody. One foster parent is slaving my young children making them work all hours of the night on school days. He runs a janiotorial company having 5,6,7,9,10 year olds working for him. my children are included. reported this to the labor bard they said he can do this if they are his kids. My son was raped by foster kidsmychildren beat by foster parents. I have gained high blood pressure and i pray every day that god gives me the strenght to keep my sanity. This really is hurting me on the inside the fact that there is hate till this day from the government the department of health and human services.
