Great Site. iT brought back fond memorys of my younger days. i remember going to Jims getting a bite to eat and drinking those milkshakes. ME and my friends would play frisbe and baseball by the baseball field. Hell i popped my first girlfriends cherry behind the old kindergarten school. Good times. Thanks for taking me back to the gold old days.

Great site! I am very interested in our local history also. You have at least 100 more years to go through, as the first settlers in my area settled here in 1871. The railroad didn't come through until 1896.

Hi, I grew up in Branchville, I am Alice Moran-Kimble. This is a great site. I am so glad to see someone took the time and patience to collect Branchville's History. I lived on Church Hill and Broad St. And am very happy to go down memory lane. Thanks

Hi - I grew up in Branchville. My Dad owned Pearson's Hardware (where Valley National Bank is now) and my Mother was the receptionist for Dr. Lushear for many years before going back to teaching at the Branchville school. I really like your site, but am having difficulty downloading or viewing your pictures. This sure does bring back fond memories.

I have many happy memories of Branchville. In the 1930's I was lucky to be able to attend Camp Columbus, located on Culver's Pond. We like the general store in B'ville for its Cokes and 10 cent adventure magazines. Remember the train which had to back up into a siding to make the return trip. Glad Branchville is still a nice place. Thank you.
