Would you be the first to listen or flee selfishly? I can understand the pain, thought you may not sense that It's the innocence to blame, the joy that you once had..." To me there is nothing more beautiful than human vulnerability. It's the individual choice to give all of themselves and hold nothing back, and hope that someone would find you, take you, and hold you closely to show that if they could, they'd shelter you from the world we're all in. It's the ultimate risk: that many will reject you as well. Like the author who's book could be reviled by society or burned with hate, the musician who is universally adored or ridiculed, the lover who when offered lips can kiss them or severely bite them. One must encounter the pitch-black darkness for eternities before that same person can achieve some source of content. May you continue to be vulnerable as will I in my own life, because to do otherwise is to merely exist and not live, and not to experience true love versus true pain. Live on. :-)

Wow, I couldn't help but read some of youe journal entries, at first, I was like, "Oh, man, this is none of my bussiness." But, then I realized that you were the one who put them on the internet anyway. Well, I guess I just wanted to tell you that your not alone out there. I've pretty much lost everyone in my life and have turned to writing to help me sort it all out.
