Hi everyone, After reading both of Raymond Franzs' books several times and The Gentile Times Reconsidered and many other publications about the Watchtower Society, they cannot and could not be the exclusive channel used by Jesus Christ as his Faithfull Slave. However the main problem with the Watchtower Society is the extreme legalism and dogmatism surrounding their Organization. Gary Bussellman makes an interesting point from his site, without the Disfellowshipping policy, they would be just another denomination. Thats because it wouldn't really matter if what their Prophetic Speculations were if you as an individual could conscientiously disagree without the threat of being removed from the Organization. First in their publications they admit their infallible and have made mistakes(many) on their Chronology and many other matters in their belief structure, then they expect you to blindly follow you on every rule they create and justify it using Proverbs. 4:18 incorrectly. After reading the publication, Does God Work Through An Organization By Tom Cabeen, I'm convinced that God using individuals rather than Organizations. Respectfully Yours, Bradley A. Mathews.

Thanks for your valuable research on the 607 BCE controversy.I am a witness with serious doubts about the integrity and credibility of the organization.It was interesting to note that in one of the replies from Bethel the GB state that they are not infallible or directly inspired by God.Strange then that in the April 1st 1972 Watchtower they claim to be Gods prophet.This comment, taken with the fact that numerous errors as regarding dates have been made,contradicts the definition of a true prophet as found in Deutoronomy (Deuteronomy 18:22) 22 when the prophet speaks in the name of Jehovah and the word does not occur or come true, that is the word that Jehovah did not speak. With presumptuousness the prophet spoke it. You must not get frightened at him.’ A simple apology of "We were wrong and are sorry" printed for all to see would be nice.But that would weaken faith in the society and that will never happen.Thanks again and may God bless your search for the truth. it makes me really happy when people start to think for themselves and do now follow blindly. I think that religions are means of controlling people, and i am sure that all the truth about all the past is in Vatican and if it was ever to come out it would bring lots of trouble for religious leaders especially the Pope
