I am excited to see there are others who are willing to have their eyes opened to the truth and not just take what they are being fed as truth. This is nothing short of a cult and it is unfortunate those who are in it are so brainwashed that they won't even as much do their own research. I am one of jehovahs witnesses in Ireland, i have never met people so good as them, i know there are many good people in all religions but as a group of christans they come out as the best, not perfect but certaintly trying, Did you go to your elders and tell them all this about Dates, it will come down in the end to our relationship with jah not the society, regards geraldine

What can i say? You do not strike me as one of Jehovah's witnesses, you stike me as an individual who is puffed up with pride and that likes to argue with those who sincerely try to answer your questions. Since you portray yourself to be a thinker, consider this point. You state that you are a brother in Jehovah's service, yet have a site full of people claiming that you opened their eyes to the truth about the society. This reminds me of a similar account at the beginning of the bible when a proud angel convinced someone that there eyes would be open. Sound familiar? You are claiming to be one of his "active" people but yet host a site full of negative and degrading comments. Hypocrite. What possible babble can you dredge up to answer that? Wait, i know the answer to this, there will be none and you will lose my contact info correct? Since you have it all figured out, let me ask you this brother. Why don't you start your own organization since you have more insight into the scriptures than the governing body? Wait let me guess, you still believe in Jehovah but just ridicule his earthly organization? This is truly sad, however i will talk defend Jehovah just like you said you would do when you "took a vow" to serve him. I will be interested and as you put it eager to hear your response.

Hi, I'm very suprised at your comments on your page. I think it's very commendable that you have sought help in establishing the correct dates etc in bible history . . i agree it is a difficult one to master. What suprises me is that you seem to neglect the fact that Even tho we have these gifts in men who are still, infact imperfect, you appear to critisise them and therefore sway other peoples view on us witnesses. We have to test out the bible and know what we are studying is true and i firmly beleive that. Never have i known love and support among any other organisations professing to be christians than i do in Jehovah's. I think the best advise i can give you is to petition yourself in heartfelt prayer ( which im sure you've done on many occasion)and ask him to help you . . and dont forget sometimes he answers in subtle ways - and most of the time not straight away. I have been a witness all my life, not because my parents gave me the truth - but because i know in my heart that this is the truth. I know Jehovah values you very much and would be so dissapointed that something such as 'bible dates' may sway your view on the organisation. I still dont understand may things, but i have faith that in the new system these things will be made clear to me in time. But for now, i am happy to keep learning until then.
