Great site! Most Jehovah's Witnesses don't realize that the WTS was teaching since 1874 through the years to 1932 that Jesus had already returned invisibly in 1874 and the 1st resurrection began in 1878) (The WTS officially changed that doctrine in 1942 with the book "The Truth Shall Set You Free") If Jesus had come in 1914 he would have been in for a SHOCK! For the WTS had not been faithfully waiting on him at all, because they were teaching that he had already arrived in 1874! They were not discreet for if they were, they would never have begun teaching that he had returned in 1874. Jesus would have labeled them the Foolish Virgins. (I was born and raised a JW but left over 3 years ago. Been associated with it for over 50 years! I'm a survivor though. Put your full trust in our heavenly Father and let Him teach you His truth through His Holy Spirit as you read his Word. He invites us to do this and to stop trusting in men. ( Proverbs 2:1-15 .. James 1:5 .. Luke 11:9-13 .. Psalms 118:5-9 .. Ps. 146:1-8 ... My path to realising the devastating truth about the dis-honesty of the governing body came from a different source but led me along the same track. The witnesses have shaky foundations for all of there main doctrinal points and I am amazed that it took me so long to realise. Great web site. Thanks

This website is such craziness. You put way too much trust in archeology and not enough in the Bible. Jer. 25 clearly is speaking of a FUTURE prophecy that starts with NEBUCHANNEZZAR. Yet note that it is in Nebs first year that the prophecy is given. So even in Nebs first year it is still refering to the future as something that "will" happen. Then note that in 25: 9-29 the cup drinking STARTS with Jerusalem and ACTION on the part of Neb against Judah. So according to your precious archeology, when did Neb go against Judah in any form? About 600. Hmmmm, 600 to 639, how many years is that? Well it definitly is NOT 70. So you see, to fit your chronology you MUST deny the Bible. Sincerely, Some one who knows better than to put trust in archeology over the Bible
