I have posted a note on the message board of this web site.
I am asking for help in putting together a reunion (HOSTED BY THE 36TH)
at Ft Iwin Ca. in the spring of 2007.
This reunion will be opened to any and all Vets. and again only hosted by the 36th Engineers.
Please advise me of any thoughts, ideas and offer of support on this reunion idea.

I was in the 36th co. C. untill Nov 67 then went to the 67th Eng. Co. I would like to speek to any one that went over to Nam on the USS General John Pope and was in Co. C or was in the 67th in 1967 to 1968.

I served with Bco 69th engineers across the river from Can Tho on QL4. We had a camp on the side of the road and were hit with mortars one night.The CO was killed his name was Cpt.Hoy. 24 others were wounded.
