544th engr Co. Apr 70-Apr 71. Our company was a few miles up QL-20 off of QL-1. WE were blasting rock and making asphalt which was being used to build QL-20. Would like to hear from some of the guys that worked in the quarry from 2/69-2/70. Henery Pretzman and I were the two that sold soda on the second floor. If I remember we served with fellow vets named Cox from Ky, King from MN., Strong from MN. I spent 30 days in the hospital May 69, got hurt in the quarry while changing shaker in the 75 ton crusher, ran dozer, front end loader. Met up with Henery and his lovely family 1988, have been getting together just about every year since. Like to see others that sereved with us.

was with c co 36th engr somewhere down in the delta in 71 72. was my 2nd tour in nam 1st tour was with the 815th engrs up in the highlands. ran payloader with the 36th unloading barges on the river at night.
