Alistair - I really like your snazzy website which I surfed too via Astronomy Digest. Would you be interested in delivering a talk to Richmond & Kew Astronomical Society about observing with a small telescope during the 2000/2001 session ? We would pay all your travel and accommodation expenses

Hi Alistar, I am just getting started in the wonderful world of astromomy. I really enjoyed your website. I marked it so I intend to return again. I recently purchased a Meade 6" Dobsonian. I assembled the base last night and hope the scope arrives today. My whole fa ily is very excited about the telescope. I reside in Cleveland,Tennessee, USA. Thanks for sharing your website. As a newcomer to astronomy a site like this will be extremely helpful. I really cant find any other place that tells me what I am likely to find and what it will look like in the eyepiece. Your site provides a unique opportunity for this. The more contr butions, the more useful this site will become to necomers like myself. Thank you for putting it together.
