Hello...I came across the 601 TCW site while researching Sembach Air Base. I was stationed with the Det.22 (Det2) at New Ulm, Nelson Barracks from July 1969 until May, 1973. Currently working for my company here in Germany and will depart at the end of Dec. 2010. Read that our commander , Major Scheel passed away in 2006 from his son (Kirk's) posting. Very honest and decent commander back then.

Randy Rankin an Air Policemen assigned to Det 3-615ACWRON Rothwesten, Germany has passed away. Randy died Friday Jan 18, 2008. He will be missed by all his friends from Detachment 3.
