REWARD TO WHOMEVER CAN PROVIDE 1ST NAME OF A ___ CAMPBELL, Rothwesten, abt 1951-54: My Dad, Bill Sala met a German Frauelein, Frieda Viehmann @ a locale (bar & grill) where she sold cigarettes, etc. on Wilhelms St. She had heard from an "orderly room" (admin office) airman that an "allotment" was going to a Mrs. Sala (it was actually Orene Della Kaler Sala, his mother). Another orderly room airman cleared up the misunderstanding & told Frieda that William was not married & that it was his mother. Bill took German lessons, but the international languages of love, beer, food, wine, children, dance & music kept them together over the years.
Bill had a friend _________ Campbell, who loaned him $400 until payday so Dad could get married. Campbell also owned a jeep which they all took to see Hannover & other locations. Who knows the 1st name of this Campbell? I wish to contact him & give him or his survivors some free genealogy research! toll-free 24-hr # 1-888-456-7252
