I was stationed at the 601st only during the baseball season in 52, 53 & 54 I played First Base in 52 & 53 and ss in 54. I went to the 807th to play basketball in the winter. Ed VonHatton put me on to this and I am truly gratefull. This is a great idea. So many great friends including Bill Dixon, Jim Rafferty, Bill Grubbs, Tony Proto, Dick Mays, and of course, Eddie (as we called him back then).

Visited this before but like to check it out every once in a while to see new additions. I'm supposed to be on page 5 but my picture has disappeared! OK, who took it? ha ha
I was stationed in Rothwesten Sept. 52-Nov.54 as teletype operator. Had a great time; made many friends. Have found many of them, thanks to Todd and his dedicated team of 601sters.

Hit the wrong thing and did not get to make a comment. Sorry for taking up the space. This is Floy Dell writing for Jerry. Hate to miss the 2000 reunion. Jerry has been put back on oxygen full time, but is getting around on the walker. Hate that we won't get to see the new friends we made at the reunion in Gulf Port. Have a good time guys.

RE: Remember the PATHFINDER EXPRESS deployment to Spain ???
I was on PE 66 and 67. I was assigned to the 8th Infantry Division. I was in the 509th Airborne Infantry and jumped in both times. What a great life it was back then. Also participated in "Opeartion Deep Furrow" in Turkey in '67.
Retired with 21 years in the Army. Nice web site. Obviously I found it when I was doing a web search for Pathfinder Express. RICH @B> }
