Hey there...Just found this site thanx to contact from Juergen Spitz! I was stationed at Prum from Jan.78 to Jan.80 with Det. 23 / 1945 Comm. Grp. and it was the best assignment I ever had! Wish I would have known that then...I would've tried to stay longer, lol. Capt. Jacques Lemlin was the commander of Det. 23 at the time. I lived in the town of Prum since there were no female barracks at the time and partied all over the eifel w/ my 2 cohorts in crime, Noel Laboy and Dan Maier. Anyone from that time...please feel free to contact me and we can reminisce.

dear W. Hanson, tried to click on 319. over "Links" up and had the same problem as 1/2 year befor. It says "stapel error" etc. and kicks me out. Try to enter your site over 601. and then over searchmashine internet. Check your features over that way. Sincerely Thomas

Hi to all. Was stationed a Wasserkuppe from dec55 to Jan 59. Was in Wire maint/Radio Maint. I was of a few that flew Gliders and had a great time at the Kuppe.
