STATIONED 59 -62 OL-7 WUNSDORF TILL IT CLOSED IN 62. I HAD MY TIME IN SO WENT BACK TO LAND OF BX. THOES WHO DIDN'T HAVE WERE SENT TO CELLE. I WAS IN IN OPS ALSO RAN CLUB. PLAYED SOFTBALL WENT WITH 601st TEAM TO PLAY AT SEMBACH.WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM ANTONE WHO REMEMBERS ME.

I was a morse code interceptor for the Army ASA at Rothwesten - Feb 1960 to Jun 1963. I had a Air Force friend Lloyd Vern Petty who was a S/Sgt at the base. He was a illustrator & liked building model airplanes. I recently located him in Falls Church, VA & visited him in 2009. Nice web page with mmemories & pix. Don - my ham call is KA9QWC & am a member of Air Force MARS AFA5ED.

I was with the 615th at Pruem (Barber) from 1/62 TO 6/64. Worked as weapons tech with Charlie crew. Major Allen Livers was our crew commander. Great times and good beer.

Sembach AB 1969-1973, Grnd Pwr/Power Production at Wing Maint. Control. Could not relocate to Lindsey with the 601st in 1973 due to lack of retainability. Was on the 407L side.

I was stationed in Germany for three years after Keesler AFB tech. school; Kassel, Profheim, and a montain top in the black forest (name unknown).
