Dear Scoutmaster
I am writing to you from the 6th Welwyn Graden City Scout Troop, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND. I am writing to you to see if we may keep a contact with you and sen dletters. Our scout troop is currently working towards its writers badge and we need to send letters and keep in contact with a scout troop. It would be great if we could keep in contact with you and find out about th eway of scouting in America.
If you would please email me back ASAP so that we can get a collection of letters and photos to send to you. It would be a great opportunity for our scourts and they are looking forward to hearing from another scout troop.
I am thanking you for your time
Harry Lockyear (assistant scout leader)

I would like to take this opportunity to express my delight in being part of the Troop 76 organization. Everyone involved has always been amenable, congenial, respectful, and a good sense of humor prevails. I have watched the scouts evolve over the past few years and I witness their growth and development individually and as a group under the fine guidance and direction of the adult leaders ( who always seem to be going the extra mile ) and of the boys themselves. The camping and other trips have been very interesting and productive experiences for the scouts, and they are constantly improving their life skills as a result of their cumulative experiences. I hope to see every one of the boys reach their ultimate goal.... becoming an Eagle Scout. Cool! See you next week.

Thank you for your kind words! I have been a member of this community for 20 years now, and heard so many interesting stories about the Saint Bernard's tent! We have come so far since then, but based on your story the onen thing that hasn't changed is the commitment from our boys to keep Troop 76 the best in Brooklyn!

Hello fellow troops, I was a member and made Star scout way back in the beginning of Troop 76 . We met at St Bernards tent .
My undying respect and admiration for Mr .Lutkins -First Scoutmaster ,and Mr. Gill First Asst.Scoutmaster of troop 76 . In the beginning there were only 30 or so ,and I started out as a Cubscout ,then Weblos then to 3rd class Scout .From there to Star and then to explorers under Mr.Caruso and Faviano ,and Argolia .
Remember the winter nights standing at attention on the wooden floor of "the Tent " that served as Church for St Bernards Parish , and hearing the wind howl .
I salute all the present day scouts of Troop 76 and their leaders . Stay with it , its worth it . I salute you all .
Good Luck men . .
"Be Prepared " .
