I went to high school with Adam of the MP and I randomly opened a magazine and found his picture there! Amazing...but he was always into music and a lot of people in our school thought it was a crap high school garage band that didn't deserve much attention. Rock on Adam for proving the shits wrong.

Hola, solo quiero decir que hace poco que he descubierto a este grupo, pero es de lo mejorcito que he escuchado últimamente. La pena es que no creo que vengan a España próximamente. En cualquier caso sería genial verles en el FIB

Hello.
I think I'm probably WAY out of your demographic, I'm a 51 y.o. conservative/libertarian/Vietnam vet/NRA member.
A few weeks ago, I was driving through Riverside CA., and heard this music on some college station. I almost pulled of the road. It had the crappiest production values I'd ever heard, but the voices....and the words...were loaded with some of the most raw emotional teen angst I'd ever heard. Makes the "rebellion" of the `60's seem entirely contrived and shallow.
The station seemed to be letting an album track, and I never heard a DJ say anything about who it was. For some reason (maybe a lyric I heard?) I thought Moldy Peaches was the bands name. Guess I was right, though it took a little research. I don't know the songs or catalogue at all, but the songs I remember that I really liked mentioned something about:
1. Lets get something to eat...Lets see a movie....lets go to sleep...(etc)
2. A duet where the girl is singing about liking a boy from a distance, but feeling not pretty or good enough for him (or something like that...it's been a while).
I was amazed, and like the work very much.
