Our baby girl was born at 23 weeks gestation. she was 1lb 1/2 oz, 11 inches long. she is now 2 years old. she just started walking(but has no CP) she just wanted to do what she wanted to do. she currently has a vocabulary of over 40 words. she has no preemie problems that we can see so far except for maybe being delayed in some area by 1 or 2 months. she now is about 25 lbs and is the cutiest little terror I've ever seen. contact me at my email address is you have any questions or comments.

We call her Tiny Might. She IS tiny by stature, both a result of her
premature birth and by the genetic contribution of her parents. Her might
was demonstrated by her determination and struggle to live in the precarious
minutes, hours, days, weeks, and months that followed her extremely
premature birth (26 weeks) and multiple surgeries. Her strength remains
obvious to all of us who are witness to the daily adventures of a toddler,
who has yet to, and may never, recognize the limitations of her visual
impairment. She is a miracle. Her name is Tori.

Hi, my name is Cheryl and my son,Bryce was born Oct. 11,1998, 8 weeks early and only weighing 3 lbs. 13 ozs. I was induced because of Toximia. Today is is a happy 4 1/2 year old. He was diagnosed at a year old with asthma and as of Sunday, May 18Th is is moderately severe due to being premature. I am a board member for the locate March of Dimes to support my son and other beautiful preemies that light up our world!
