Our little angel Addison came too soon, not because she wanted to, but because my body couldn't suport a baby any longer. That was the scariest day of my life when they did the ultra sound and rushed me straight to labor and delivery, and never mind it was at a hospital my Dr. didn't deliver at. I was put on strict bed rest and was told that I wouldn't be going home until I had her, which my due date wasn't until July 29, 2012. Well, a week later my water broke at 10 a.m. and I had an emergency C-section and she was born at 12:27 p.m.weighing 1 lb 8oz. When I heard her cry, she sounded like a little kitten, and I was just thank full that she was alive. I finally got to see my daughter for the first time at 2 a.m. the net morning after arguing with the nurses that I was able to cope with the pain from the c -section, I said I just want to see my baby girl. They wheeled me into the NICU and she was the tiniest baby I had ever seen but the most beautiful thing I had ever seen also. Then, the next day it really hit me that we are going to have a long road ahead of us, and mentally I started prepering myself. While I was still in the hospital I forced myself through the pain to go an see her as much as I could.I thought to myself and would whisper to her" Do you know how long I've been waiting for you? And how much I prayed to have a perfect little baby of my own? " I think she heard me because she would move her tiny hands when I would tell her things like that. The day they released me from the hospital, my heart was breaking slowly because I had to leave my baby behind. About 20 minutes after I got home I just lost it, I cried no stop all night long, I just wanted to be with her. I have been through alot in my life but this was the hardest. She is now a little over a month old and weighs 2 lbs 2 ozs, I am there pretty much everyday. I thank God that she has had no major health problems, and that I have a fiance, friends and family to help me keep it together because I think withut them I would be a total wreck then how would I be able to be there for my baby girl? I wouldn't be because I would just lay in bed with her blanket and cry for days on end,but I am strong for my little Pinky ( That's mt nickname for her) The Dr's say she will be home 2 weeks before o 2 weeks after my original due date, but I have a feeling it will be before. I never thought i couldlove someone so much until I felt her move for the first time, then actually got to touch and hold her too.

My first pregnancy was a normal one (or
so i had thought). At 24weeks i had all
of a sudden gone into labour, living so
far a way from the nearest hospital i
gave birth to my baby boy in the car,
fighting for his life his tiny little
lungs couldn't take it and sadly he
passed away. He lives in my heart
forever and will never be forgotten.
2 Years later i got pregnant again, Yet
again i had a normaly pregancy and even
the doctors couldn't find anything
wrong. At 32weeks i began to feel the
labour pains, rushed into hospital & minutes later my special little girl was
born 4lbs.
To see her in her incubator with i.vs &
tubes & wires broke my heart. I ached to
hold her & comfort her.
She grew stronger & stronger each day
and 8weeks later we were on our way
home.
We have now been home for a month and
are doing great!

I had my baby boy, Azrael Bobbie Carl, on February
7, 2012. He was born at 32 weeks and 1 day
gestation. I had started pre-term labor with him on
January 10, and was sent for bedrest at home with
medicine. Then on January 24 I started to have hard
labor, which I was then put in the hospital for 3
days. I was again sent home on bedrest and a new
medicine. My water broke on January 29, and I was
then sent to OSF St. Francis Children's hospital in
Peoria, IL to be on hospital bedrest until I had him.
It was a long and hard week, but I made it through.
I then had him and it has been a week and he is in
the NICU there. I am told he should be able to go
home the week of March 5. He is doing great and
just on a feeding tube to finish out what he can't
such out of the bottle.
