I think the government is worried about the shortage of food with everyone having the munchies at the same time. The food munchy rioters were of course take all the tasty food and sodas leaving many without KFC. There is also the issue of piss poorer driving, the urge to listen to loud shitty music, random displays of ass falling and smokers smelling of elephant farts, which could collapse society to its very knees. This is a serious problem and I for one am glad the government has taken finally issue.
