We have owned our lakehouse on Norris Lake since 1972 and since that time I have seen hundreds of houses built on it's shores. My advice to anyone who has aspirations of owning any lakefront property on Norris is to buy it now. They aren't making anymore of it.

For years, finding a special home on the shores of Norris Lake was our dream, and it came true. Now, after just a few years our health is failing and we are unable to maintain our home and must sell. I can't tell you the heartache leaving Norris Lake will give us. We love it here; not just the house, but the people, our neighbors, the lake view and walking a few feet to the lake to get in our boat. Hope someone who loves it as much as we do buys our house.

I have been going to Norris Lake since I was a little kid. Every summer I look forward to going back and spending days and sometimes weeks at a time there. It is a beautiful lake and I enjoy beening down there trough-out the summer months. When we arrive at the Norris Lake and I see the sparkling water my heart begins to race and I get so excited it takes my breath away everytime, but I dont know why because, it is like my second home, I guess it is just that enjoyable to be down there for me. Hope you enjoy the Norris Lake as much as I do!!!

I can't say enough about the Norris. My parents starting taking me there when I was a small child. Both my children have grown up taking weekend trips and family vacations to the lake. I'm now taking my three year old granddaughter there with me. She loves it just as much as I did when I was her age. I think the tradition will continue and that someday she, too, will be enjoying the NOrris with her grandchildren.

we love the lake. loyston point is the only campground we go to and we love the family feel of the campground. every year we go and last year my 7 year old son caught a 1 lb 4 oz 11 inch bluegill. i was told there was a young sportsman certificate that he could get for this caught. so i was wanting to know if that is true and if so how can i find out more info on it. Thanks
