I lived in Bakersville when I was 9yrs.old.That was 30 years ago.I brought my husband and children up last summer.All my good memories came back as I showed my family around.It was good to see the"Gouge" house as a B&B.I loved Mrs.Gouge.My school had hardly changed.I'll be back next summer.I wish I could find some of my elementary friends.Take care of the town.
