Just a quick hello from your favourite allrounder. Its great to see we've drawn you laugh-a-minute keyworth jokers. I believe its true that most of your side are rejects of the plumtree policy anyway. Forget scott and jamie..........i'll be opening with big kev and young alex sheriston........should be more your standard. We'd have to put out our girlfriends/wives 2nd XL for u muppets to stand any chance. See u on the 7th.

Nice to see our new team Plumtree CC win by a comfortable 7 wickets. Well Done Oggy. You'll not see a Captain of his quality losing 5 on the bounce!! Roll on July 7th, we'll be in the home end.

Well what can you say, another Saturday another defeat. Despite trying to start the game with 12 players it just was not to be. Poor old Hugh drives all the way from Leicester to be told he hasn't made the starting line up, and in a Roy Keane styly, he storms off. Kingy calls for some sawdust to which Tewey brings the smallest bag of sawdust he can find, that would not cover one of Ernies footprints. After much laughter Cowlard decides to throw the Sawdust all over the pavillion. He did redeem himself with some sweeping of the quality of Riop Ferdinand. Ball avenges his old Ghost by brilliantly running him out for 1, and Wilcox fails to pay AGAIN !. All in all quite an eventful game and can't wait for next weeks instalment.

Good to see young George Harris bring his mum down to Platt Lane to see me yesterday. Not sure why he kept asking her if I was Uncle Bobby though.
