Wot a pair of gaylords that Drurs and Lay are. Ran my nuts off at Mansfield in pouring proper rain for 6 hours for my village yesterday to bring the silverware home once AGAIN. Dad is gutted the 2nds refused to bat, "would never have happened in my day son" At least them 1st team boys have got a bit of spunk. Cya all at Awsworth.

Keyworth youth policy of Hallam and Beaton could only reflect during light drizzle on the key balcony last night what might have been. Having bowled Keyworth into a good position Drury and Lay (I bet his dad's ashamed) became the first players in the history of the club to refuse to bat for Keyworth (light drizzle being the chief offender) Oh I tell a lie, forgot, Drurs refused to bat against Gedling Colliery a few years ago after feeling the wrath of Tim Wright's tongue. Speaking from underneath the barbecue canopy drurs said and I quote "Ted any chance of another hot dog, this one's a bit soggy due to a hole in the canopy" The pair of batty boys were last seen peering into Keyworth Countrywear hanging their noses over a new wax jacket and deerstalker!!!!

Farmer, unfortunately we don't have a return leg as Vardy & his mates have already had their "day out" this year. As you quite correctly stated, it was whilst humiliating (that's "playing cr*p yoath" to you Lardy....)in Cardiff. Anyway if we don't go up into 1B leaving the nuggets behind, we'll take a decent team for a change next season - instead of mixing teams with the thirds.....All aboard the show boat to Hickling on Saturday!!!

No, No, Vicar you've got it all wrong, we should be proud that KP fink that we are such a big scalp. Rumour has it that the Mayor of Kirby declared last Monday a public holiday in recognition of their fine performance. It's a little bit like that nearby c**p footie team, the stags, making it to the play-off final, despite being hammered by Lincoln on two occasions, only to arrive at Cardiff and fail to trouble the scorers. Cream will always rise to the top. Oh by the way when is the return leg versus KP.
