Hi. I was just browsing through your web site, Though I found some interesting items on the site,I couldn't help notice some minor things with regard to your section on Bond cars. I am very keen on the Lotus Esprit, so much so that I own an 1986 Esprit Turbo. It was through the film TSWLM & FYEO that got me into these cars. The White submarine Lotus you reffer to from TSWLM is not the same as the White Lotus seen in FYEO. The modle seen in FYEO is referred to as an S3 Turbo & is a very different car in deed. The Body kit & Louvers alone are a give away. The cars preformamnce & handling( & reliabilaty) is far more superior than the earlier S1 Esprit. Though you could say that Q could work wonders on these cars with a little help from Lotus. The Car seen later, with the ski racks during the Snow senes,was in fact Bronze not Red. The Snow senes was the main reason for the change in the colour of the cars so it would stand out better in the film. These cars are apparently on show at the 'Cars The Stars Musium' Midlands. www.carsofthestars.com.
