I remember the thrills of going to Canton lake and Uncle Art teaching us three boys how to swim.

Like Marna (my dearest sis) said, Grandpa brings horses to mind. For one, I'll never forget him trying to break "the boys" to pull a wagon. There he was, bouncing around the corral in a wagon with no seat. Every trip around, another piece of the wagon would fall off! We thought he might end up riding the axle by the time he got the horses stopped!
Another more recent memory was when I took my good friends Talbot (Talbert to Grandpa)and Jeremy home with me. Grandpa was telling off-color jokes, but laughing so hard he could barely make it to the punch line. Of course, Grandma was sitting there, mildly appalled, saying, "Daddy!" and all the while tears of laughter where streaming down her face.
Love you, Grandpa!
