Making the Olympic team was a life long goal(A dream since I was 2 years old).I was in the 1994 Olympics and skated with Karen Courtland for the USA team.We did not "NAIL IT" (our program)but it was so great to be skating on the same ice with Katia and Sergie.I made so many other friends when I was there from many other sports,they will be friends of mine for life :-) Please feel free to write,skaters stick together

Well, I certainly love figure skating too. However, I'm now living in Canada so I obviously support people like Elvis Stoiko, etc. Although I was always a huge Torvil and Dean fan(atic)! My family hate figure skating - and the only skating on TV in our house is Hockey night in Canada :) Love your site, and have bookmarked it for future ref (and, no, I don't play chess, sorry).
