I stumbled upon this website by chance and have wandered through it accompanied by so many happy memories of the time I was privileged to be headteacher of your school. I used to live in Dolton with my Sisters Samantha Moore and Kelly Moore and Mum & Dad. I went to Dolton School from 1982 - 1984. I left when I was seven and still dream about the village. If you know me, please get in contatct - Tom, whos mum worked at the school and Emma and her Brother we had such good fun with.

Enjoyed looking in on the Village as Rodney was born and bred there until our departure to Australia in 1986. It would be very nice to be able to contact anyone who has E-mail to keep up to date. Would like to see some pictures of some of the older residents with their names.

Dolton is a lovely village in the heart of North Devon. My parents have recently bought a cotage there and my friends and I have enjoyed staying there for a well earned resr away from the chaos of the city. We can recommend the friendly service and the food of the Royal Oak pub just down the road!
