Found after looking for information on Dolton during the war as my father (Bill Baker)was evacuated there (1939-1945).
Also does anybody out there know where to look for information concerning wartime evacuees in Dolton ?
If someone could help it would be appreciated.

What an amazing site! I came down to visit the company that make Airport fire engines in this area and stumbled across Dolton, and now there is a website for it. Fantastic! Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)
