Favorite Bill Cullen Show: I've Got A Secret

Comments:
Bill had so many endearing qualities but there is one other thing I really have always admired. No matter what situation he was in, if he had knowledge about aguest or a particualar topic that would give him an unfair advantage Bill would take himself out of the contest. There were others in such circumstances who would act coy and get the answer. As if the audiance couldn't see through such self-centered antics. Bill never did that. I was a young child and I remembering Bill's honesty. He was a good role model. He was witty, inteligent, kind and funny. He was all of that and more-----he was honest too!

Favorite Bill Cullen Show: Bill made any show good

Comments:
I first remember seeing Bill on To Tell the Truth. He really stood out. He was not a Hollywood or New York pretty boy. He looked and acted like your uncle. He was a gentleman on the air and seemed to respect others. Bill appearded to just be having fun anytime you saw him. Certainly a positive figure that is sorely missed. I will never forget him.

Today would have been Uncle Bill's 88th birthday. Although he's been gone since July 7, 1990, he's still remembered in our hearts. Nobody did it better than this dimunitive man with the limp & the coke bottle glasses. Wink, Bob Barker, Tom Kennedy, Ludden & Mr Match Game Eugene Rubessa aka Rayburn were great too but william Lawrence Frances Cullen of Pittsburgn tops them all. rest in peace Uncle Bill on your 88th birthday & Ann all the best to you love. we'll never forget your husband. One of a kind.
