Victor Hawk sent me some info that he, Robert Hale and you had gathered. Thomas Jefferson was my gg grandfather,g grandfather William Franklin Harper, grandfather George T. Harper, mother Lottie Lou Harper. Lottie married Harvey L Freeman Sr. and I was their first child. Just want to say "thanks". I'm trying to do the tree from George T. Harpers generation on down, but I don't have much yet.

Born and raised in Irwin county , Ga, county seat is Ocilla. Grandfather was JJ(buck) Harper who had two wives,and two sets of families, me being from the last one. Must have been quite a man to take on a 15yr old wife at 75 and bear two sons of which one is my father.Just looking for some history of my family. Do you have any relatives in Ocilla or Irwin Co , Ga?
