Hello, First I'd like to say that the most depressing day of my life was on September 14th, 1999... The day that 105.9 the Lazer switched over... If anyone wants to talk about "The Day the Lazer died" please e-mail me with the subject "The Day the Lazer Died". Thanks for running a horrible unofficial (which equals nothing to do with the actual Z95.7, who's website is the Zimmer Broadcasting company's site) ~Colin

I am 31 years old teacher and a mother of two very young children. 95.7 was all my husband and I would listen to, it was my style of music and I am very upset that they pulled it from the radio air waves. I don't even bother turning on the radio anymore because there is nothing playing that I like. I enjoy staying up on all the lastest styles of music with 95.7 playing hip hop/top 40. I am disgusted that there is no other station playing my style of music. We live in the SF BAY AREA for goodness sakes, not some little town in the midwest..WHERE IS THE TYPE OF MUSIC THAT WE WANT!!! I am truly hoping that some other station will change their music format now to play hiphop and take over where 95.7 left off. The new station really is a let down and I bet in no time at all they will see they made a HUGE mistake!!

I wish we could have know did it move? What happened to it? I woke up one morning to hear Alabama thinking it was a joke, then I heard "the drive" and knew it was gone. Wish I could find a station like it, it had a variety of music that i could listen to when my regular hip hop & r&b stations did not interest me. It was still one of my favorite stations to listen to.

THIS STATION WAS THE BEST STATION!!! IF ANYTHING, I WISHED WE WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLS SO WE COULD OF TRIED AND SAVED THE STATION IT WAS ONE OF THE FEW THAT WAS GENUINELY ONE OF THE BEST!!! ISN'T THERE ANYTHING WE CAN DO!!????

Over the last few weeks I feel like I am blind. I coudn't fine any station that I like. It is just not the same. This really makes me upset. This is a great lost to the Bay Area. I wish that they would of said something about what they were going to do. I miss Z 95.7 and now they play music for older people. I now have to go back to listening to the other stations. I miss you Z!!!!!
